Corine Fahlsing is a Clinical Aesthetician specializing in advanced skin correction, with more than 40 years of medical skincare experience. She works with clients who want real help with acne, aging, pigmentation, and hydration.

What makes Corine different is that she brings clinical expertise and genuine care to every appointment. She’ll review your skin, explain what she sees, and help you choose a treatment path that makes sense for where your skin is right now. You won’t have to guess your way through the menu.

Your facial appointment begins with a clear look at your skin. Corine will talk with you about your skin goals and what has changed recently before the treatment begins.

Together, you’ll discuss your current routine and what your skin needs that day. Corine will confirm which service or add-ons make the most sense. If your skin needs a different approach than what you booked, she’ll explain the change before moving forward.

During your appointment, Corine will choose products and treatment steps based on your skin. She may adjust the plan as she works, especially with enhancements or advanced peels. This keeps the service safe and supportive for your skin.

Before you leave, she’ll talk through simple home care guidance and what to consider for your next visit.

Can I get a facial if I have sensitive skin?

Yes. Sensitive skin is one reason a guided facial matters. Corine will choose products and treatment steps based on your skin’s condition that day. If an add-on or peel is not a good fit, she may adjust the service.

Do I need a consultation before booking an advanced peel or skin treatment?

You do not need a separate consultation before booking an advanced peel at Tijeras Hair Co. You can book online, and Corine will make the final call once she reviews your skin in person. If another treatment is safer or more effective for your skin that day, she’ll explain the change.

How are these facials different from a regular spa facial?

Corine’s facials start with a skin review and a treatment plan. She chooses products and treatment steps based on your skin’s goals and condition that day.

How often should I come in for a facial?

Your timing depends on your skin goals and the type of treatment you choose. Some clients come in for routine skin support. Others follow a more focused plan for acne, pigmentation, texture, or hydration.

What should I avoid after my facial?

Will a chemical peel hurt or require downtime?

Peel comfort and downtime depend on your skin and the strength of the treatment. Some peels are gentle add-ons. Others may need more caution. Corine will review your skin first and explain what to expect before moving forward.

Will one facial be enough, or will I need a series?

One facial can help your skin feel fresher and more supported. For concerns like acne, pigmentation, texture, or long-term skin health, Corinne may recommend a series or a regular maintenance schedule. Many clients save by booking a package.
